  • Defined as rendering or failing to render professional services as it relates to medical advice as to the recommending, obtaining, or use of cannabis as to any medical treatment for which you are licensed as required by law.


Limits of Liability

  • Optional limits up to $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate.


Deductible Options Available

  • First dollar coverage available with $0 deductible.


Defense Costs within Limits

  • The limit of liability to pay judgement or settlements is reduced by the amount incurred for legal defense.

Claims Made Policy 

  • Claims must be reported within the policy effective dates.


  • Retroactive dates are available for up to 5 years but cannot predate the date of legalization of medical or recreational cannabis in the state.

This leads to a better standard of care and safeguards policyholders' medical practices. A Risk Management fee of $250 is paid by policyholders.
